30 g dose contains dried herb equivalent:

  • Hops flower 3390 mg;
  • Chamomile Flower 5235 mg;
  • Eschscholtzia flowers 4680 mg;
  • Passionflower herb 7380 mg;
  • Tryptophan 615 mg;
  • Magnesium aspartate 1479 mg = 295 mg elemental magnesium;
  • Peppermint flavour;

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

  • Give 10 - 30 g daily.
